Snaiad concept.
Features: -They are small, bloodsucking parasites living on large "vertebrates". -There are only females and reproduce through parthenogenesis. Their primary heads are reduced to a slit. -The young concentrate around their host's primary head and will move to a new feeding source when it mates or gives birth. -The body is flat, broad and the back has a color and structure resembling the skin structure of their host. There are numerous species, each with it's specific host. Some species even live only on certain body areas. -The hind legs are completely atrophied, the front legs consist of movable claws and are mainly used to cling to their host. Snaiad belongs to  |
